Registration Information

You need to be the parent or legal Guardian and have:

• Withdraw papers from previous school

• Parent/Guardian photo ID

• Guardianship papers

• Recent student report card

• Current proof of residency (2)

• Utility bill

• Contract/lease for house or apartment

• Receipt for real property taxes

• Automobile insurance policy

• Financial statement

• Pay stub

• Voter registration

• Document issued by State of North Carolina or United States

If moving from out of state/county you will also need:

• Student birth certificate

• Student immunization record

• Student report card

• Student IEP if applicable
